Error 23: Bootstrapper error

Error 23 Installing and starting TurboTax.

While installing and starting TurboTax 2011, you may encounter a bootstrapper error that prevents you from succesfully completing these operations.

Solution

To resolve this issue, please disable all antivirus software, firewalls, and any online backup software you are running before trying to install TurboTax.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please go to Contact Us for a download of the TurboTax 2011 installer.
