Error 20165711864 may occur when opening or using TurboTax for Windows. It is usually caused by not enough Random Access Memory, or RAM.

Solution

To resolve, close all other programs that you have open. If you still get this error, restart your computer.

Should the problem persist, start Windows in Selective Startup Mode, and then open TurboTax.
