Error 19155259954 may occur when attempting to open your return in TurboTax for Windows.
Solution
- Close TurboTax.
- Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the TurboTax Forms directory (the default path is C:\Program Files\TurboTax\Premier 2011\Forms).
- Click and drag the Lai_11 folder to your desktop.
- Reopen your return in TurboTax, click the Personal Info tab, and proceed to the Your Personal Info screen.
- Click the Edit button in the first section, About You.
- Remove the dashes in the Social Security Number field and press the Tab key. Your Social Security number will re-display with the dashes.
- From the File menu, choose Save As and then save your return with a new name (for example, by adding New to the beginning of the file name).
- Close TurboTax.
- Reverse Step 3 by dragging Lai_11 back to its original location.
- Reopen TurboTax and then open the file you saved in Step 7 by choosing Open Tax Return from the TurboTax File menu.
- Walk through your return again to make sure everything is correct.
