Error 10366: Not installed properly, reinstall may occur when running TurboTax, if certain program files are missing or damaged.

Solution

Uninstall TurboTax.
Reinstall TurboTax and open it again.
If problems persist, go through the Troubleshooting Installing and Running TurboTax checklist.
