How do I move my online return into the TurboTax software?

To move your return from TurboTax Online to TurboTax CD/Download software, click on the Home tab in the upper left. Next look in the lower left for a box that says We can help you. In that list is a link that says Save your return to your computer. Click that and the download will start.

Do not attempt to open the file by double clicking on it. Save the file and then go to File and Open in the upper left on your TurboTax program.
