After October 19, 2011 you will no longer be able to file your 2010 tax return using TurboTax Online.
Explanation
Every year, TurboTax Online shuts down in conjunction with the IRS e-filing shutdown, which occurs immediately after the mid-October tax filing deadline.

TurboTax Online for tax year 2011 will reopen in early December of 2011, and e-filing for 2011 returns will become available in mid-January of 2012.
Can I still use TurboTax to prepare my 2010 or earlier tax return?
You sure can. If you still need to prepare your 2007–2010 tax return(s), you can purchase the TurboTax CD/Download software and file a conventional paper return.
