Resolved: "We encountered an error" message when accessing My Tax Documents on TurboTax.com

We are currently investigating the following error that occurs when accessing your PDF tax returns from TurboTax.com, My Account:

"We encountered an error while trying to retrieve your past year tax returns. Please try again later."

Update

The error message you are seeing is due to maintenance and testing being performed on the website.  The maintenance is expected to be completed this evening, 10/30, but the expected time has changed to 7pm PST. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
