Lost Your TurboTax Software Purchase?

It happens. You need to reinstall TurboTax, but you can't find the CD, download file, or unlock code that you already bought and paid for. Now what?
Relax! There's no need to buy the complete software package again. Choose your situation below for help with replacing your TurboTax 2008–2011 software. (Replacements/unlocks for TurboTax 2007 or earlier are no longer supported.)
- I lost my CD. Download the software for 2008–2010 federal personal tax returns (for free), or order a replacement CD (shipping charges may apply).
- I lost my download. No worries – you can download your software and again, as often as you like, up to 3 years after purchase.
- I lost my Installation Code. We'll explain where to find it, and how you can request a new one.
- I have my 2004-2010 tax file but not the software. Our free Tax2PDF Service will convert your tax data file to PDF format. This is a great option if you just need to look up something on your tax return, or if your tax file is for the 2004–2007 tax years.
