TurboTax 2011 Launches Support Site When Continuing a Tax Return

We have received reports of TurboTax launching a web browser with the TurboTax support site when trying to continue a tax return.

If you encounter this issue, in the TurboTax program, please try going to the File menu, selecting Open Tax Return, and finding and opening your .tax2011 file.
