Unable to Use TurboTax Business Interview After Completing P&L Entry Worksheet
After using the Profit and Loss Entry Worksheet method to enter data in TurboTax Business, you are unable to proceed through the TurboTax interview. Problems include, but are not limited to, non-responsive interview screens and "looping."
By design, TurboTax TurboTax Business disables the interview once the data has been entered using the Profit and Loss Entry Worksheet method, in order to eliminate the possibility of double-entering information.
If you are experiencing this problem, and you want to use the interview, you'll need to delete the Profit and Loss form first. However, you will lose the information you previously entered on this form.
