CT-EITC: State ID-1 State ID number must be a 10 to 13 digit number..
Solution
If you don't have an identification number that's 10-13 digits, you must enter zero (0) at the end of your employer's or payer's identification number. This will meet Connecticut's 10 to 13 digit requirement and ensure that your return gets processed as quickly as possible.
