Certain customers, who had a Charitable Contribution Credit, may have filed an incorrect tax return.
TurboTax has fixed this issue.
How to tell if you may be impacted
You may be affected if ALL of the following are true:
- You filed a 2010 Arizona Income Tax Return prior to March 3, 2011; AND
- You itemized your deductions on Arizona Schedule A; AND
- You had an amount on Form 340, Line 4 (Credit for Donations to the Military Family Relief Fund).
If you are affected, you may have underpaid your state tax. You will need to amend your state tax return.
