Certain customers, who had income from multiple states, may have filed an incorrect tax return.
TurboTax has fixed this issue.
How to tell if you may be impacted
You may be affected if ALL of the following are true:
- You filed a 2010 Colorado Income Tax Return prior to April 22, 2011 AND
- You had income from multiple states AND
- Your non-refundable credit amount on Form 104, Line 19 was greater than your total tax on Form 104, Line 18
If you are affected, you may have underpaid your state tax. You will need to amend your state tax return.
