TurboTax Online 2012 EIN Textbox Missing

In TurboTax Online 2012, the Child Care Provider EIN entry field does not appear when entering Personal information in the Child Care Expenses section.

Solution

To resolve this, remove the Business Name and any address information to delete the Day Care Provider. This should allow you to re-enter the Day Care Provider information. The EIN textbox should be displayed.
