Forms and Pricing
We take care of these forms for you:
1099-MISC (1096 included), $2.95 each
Primarily used to report what you pay to independent contractors or miscellaneous laborers. It could also be used for rents and royalties. This form is not used for employees. It's used mostly for contractors to do a particular job. For example, you hire a graphic designer to design your company logo. Quick Employer Forms helps you create the 1099-MISC for each contractor you pay, plus we'll e-file to the IRS and provide a PDF for your records.
W-2 (W-3 included), $2.95 each
Used to report your employees' pay and how much tax you've withheld for your employee. Quick Employer Forms provides your employees with their W-2s and e-files them with the Social Security Administration.
W-2c (W-3c included), $2.95 each
If you've previously filed a W-2 form that had something missing or incorrect on it, you'll need to fix it. The W-2c is used to make this correction. Quick Employer Forms files this form for you with the Social Security Administration.
941 (voucher included), $4.95 each
Quarterly form used to report wages and the amount of federal income tax withheld and FICA (FICA stands for Federal Insurance Contribution Act. It funds your employees' Social Security and Medicare benefits).
944 (voucher included), $4.95 each
The 944 is a new, voluntary form that's filed annually. You only use this form if the IRS has invited you to use it. It's a simplified 941 return, so instead of filing it quarterly like the 941, you only have to file this form once a year.
