- No checking account or credit check required: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW CARD ACCOUNT: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, street address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver's license or other identifying documents.
- Use it everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted: The Cardholder Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and fees associated with making purchases and withdrawing cash. Costs for bill payment services vary by method and/or location.
- You are protected if your card is lost or stolen: To minimize possible losses, Cardholder must notify NetSpend promptly of any unauthorized use. For details about your liability for unauthorized use of the Card Account, see the Agreement. There is a $9.95 fee to replace a lost or stolen card.
