Making AMT Calcs Bearable
Ever since we naively exercised stock options in 2000, we have been among the hapless folks living the ongoing long-term AMT credit nightmare. Thank God for Turbotax seeing us through the labyrinthine calculations of Forms 6251 and 8801!! Someday it will all be over, but meanwhile Turbotax, every April, translates the opaque Alice-in-Wonderland directions into the numbers that rule our real-life financial situation for another year. There is NO WAY I could do it by hand. Thanks for a great product.

Shows Me Education Deductions I Can Take
Not being very tax savvy, I have been pleased that Turbo Tax has shown me deductions that I can take for my college tuition. I would have probably never realized on my own that there were deductions that I was elgible for.

Way to go!
I have used TruboTax for many years and this year is the best ever! Cannot believe all of the enhancements that have been made. Determining the cost of clothing donations calculator is the best thing ever!!! I am thrilled with this feature. It made filing taxes a piece of cake and makes me feel that I have not over or under estimated the value donated.We have a fairly complicated return and I honestly have to say, this year was the easiest ever to start and finish taxes. Keep up the good work in providing such easy software to use for future filing.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and prefer to do my own taxes because by walking through all the steps, I know I've included everything. I was concerned about whether I could confidently use TurboTax for the sale of some stock I purchased over several yrs as a part of a stock purchase plan through my employer. Scared sill b/c we bought a new house
Wow, if I had known it was going to be this EASY I would've done my taxes months ago! I usually do our taxes by hand myself until last year because I just didn't have enough time with a 1 year old child running around. A friend told me about turbotax last year and I just didn't use it. This year another friend was going on and on and on about it and since I hadn't done anything and hadn't visited any of the local offices for tax preparation I decided to try it. I was VERY scared to do our taxes this year because we bought a new house AND I had no idea where to even start with all of that information. Turbotax took the scare out of it and made it extremely easy for me to follow. I will recommend them over and over again. My injured spouse form was even easy (although it kinda missed a part and I wasn't sure if it did it but because I had done our's I knew what to look for it and just did it again) and done correctly. Simplicity out of complexity
